Since every order is 100% custom made and/or ordered, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to defects. In addition, being every order is 100% custom made and/or ordered, each or any item may have slight imperfections and are not considered a defect.
Although, it rarely arises, we'd be happy to help address items that do arrive with defects. You will be required to send good quality photos of the defect to us via email and ship the item back to us within 3 business days of shipment arrival date for the claim to be valid. The shipment arrival date will be based on "Date of Delivery" provided by the carrier via their electronic tracking system. ALL other reasons are not accepted for returns. RESPECTIVELY, THIS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Wrong one selected, wrong size, wrong color chosen, wrong style, changed mind, too big, too small, received/purchased as a gift, dislike item. Please note, shipping carrier damages to the boxes or packaging are not covered as defects. If you suspect that an item is damaged inside of the package, please make a raw unedited recording opening the package to show that shipping carrier caused damage to item(s) inside and forward the recording to us. An insurance claim for damages may be filed with the shipping carrier by us, for your replacement of particular damaged goods.
Please also note, we do not issue refunds or replacements for such claims of the package missing that show tracking information as "Delivered". It will be helpful to be patient and see if the carrier is still bringing it to you as natural disasters and weather may cause a mix up or slow shipping times down that cannot be helped and is at the discretion of the shipping carrier.
